Ajay Devgn, Kajol and Saif Ali Khan’s latest film Tanhaji: The Unsung Hero is witnessing a massive response at the box office. The film has crossed 90 crores in just five days and still going strong in theatres. However, there are various reasons for a film to succeed, but one of the reasons for Tanhaji’s success is that it could attain huge support from various brands that partnered actively to promote the film.

The film had integrated many brands with the film and marketing campaign which is also one of the reasons that have created the right buzz. ACCUMASS brand by Oberoi IBC has played a major role in promoting the film. Bollywood’s oldest association for dancers the Cine Dancers Association (CDA) and the newly formed All India Film Television Events Dancers Association (AIFTEDA) have been at the loggerheads for few months now. Since senior choreographer Ganesh Acharya formed AIFTEDA in spite of CDA’s existence, both the associations have been criticising each other.

Veteran choreographer Saroj Khan has been appointed as the brand ambassador of CDA whereas Ganesh Acharya serves as the general secretary of IFTCA (indian film and television choreographer association)and acharya is taking advantage of his post and instigating other choreographers to use AIFTEDA members not CDA.According to the senior members of CDA, Ganesh Acharya who once said that he would support CDA all his life, suddenly opened AIFTEDA.

Some dancers from CDA have also alleged that there is pressure from the rival association, and whoever are joining AIFTEDA have been asked to sign an affidavit agreeing to whatever payment given by Ganesh Acharya. Acharya can be seen explaining why this new association was needed in some videos on YouTube.

When asked about the controversy, veteran choreographer and the brand ambassador of CDA Saroj Khan said, “Ganesh Acharya and his father were also part of Cine Dancers Association then why the attempts of breaking the association are being made? It will affect the livelihood of so many workers.” When asked about the show Ganesh Acharya is planning to do with Bollywood stars and its funds to be used for AIFTEDA members’ welfare, Saroj Khan said, “I was called for an Iftca meeting after I became CDA Brand Ambassador. In the meeting I said that why the show’s money is going to your foundation and not CDA which is the oldest association of dancers?”

CDA has previously questioned how the money generated from the star-studded event will be monitored. CDA has a proper wage chart that is honoured by all producers and dancers are paid INR 4500 per shift. The CDA is fully functional, the dancers are getting paid on time and all their issues are getting addressed by CDA.

In an exclusive interview Mr. Abhishek Archana Srivastava told us, ‘’Yes, we are producing six Music videos under our banner Third Eye Film Production which will be directed by Dinesh Sudarshan Soi and will be shot on unseen beautiful locations of Armenia. Just like our last music video, all these music videos will feature social media stars but along with them few new faces wil be there."
When asked about the star cast Mr. Ayush Saroj Jaiswal revealed, ‘’We have social media stars Shadan Farooqui, Ashi Khanna, Aliya Hamidi, Sapna Gill, Zaid Darbar, and very talented newbies Rahul Salonia & Yash Alok in Armenia schedule. We are leaving no stone unturned to make it the best.’’

One such name is Ayush Saroj Jaiswal who at a young age of 22 years has made a space in Bollywood. He owns a banner Third Eye Film Production run along with his partner Abhishek Archana Srivastava. His first music video ‘Tum Kaho Toh’ is all set to release soon, being presented by Zee Music Company.
The young charming man who hails from Uttar Pradesh, was in B-town on 31st Dec eve. He has some excellent plans for new year 2020 among which one is to launch new talents which is first and the foremost. And this could really be an exciting news for newbies. In an exclusive interview Ayush told, ‘’2019 has been great. In 2020, me and my partner Abhishek Archana Srivastava are all set to produce multiple projects which comprise of many a music videos and a comedy movie to be directed by Dinesh Sudarshan Soi. But one thing on which we are affirm is to give break to the new comers who are deserving ones. The reason to emphasis on this is the awareness that we got that be it Maharashtra or Uttar Pradesh or any other state, there is ample talent which do not get right platforms even in today’s generation where everything is easily accessible on internet. I myself came across so many such artists who are very talented but not getting good work. After meeting and hearing them I realized that being a Producer I should do something for them as per my capacity. So it’s my 2020 year’s resolution to launch at least 20 newcomers in my own projects which our banner Third Eye Film Production is producing.’’
